Welcome! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I received my Master's from Nova Southeastern University and have been in private practice for the past six years. I work both in person and through Telehealth. I work primarily with trauma survivors, college students under stress, and people in recovery from addictions. I help people heal so they can focus on creating a life they want. Having worked in both short-term environments and longer-term work, I have effective strategies for rapid improvement in symptoms and use a creative, individualized approach to help.
