My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that people are inherently trustworthy, capable of self-directed growth, and able to make changes themselves. I place a strong emphasis on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients feel unconditionally accepted, are fully heard, and are encouraged to freely express and explore their emotions and thoughts. This, I believe, is the first step in the healing process. In my role as a companion and facilitator, I guide my clients on a journey of holistic healing—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.
