My name is Jasmine Hyeyoung Jung. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my master's from the University of Michigan and have been practicing for 18 years. I help young and older adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and various stressors in their life. When we work together, we will focus on cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapy, with the addition of strength-based practice, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. We will explore the thinking patterns that have become the foundation of your life.
