My name is Laurie Andrews LCSW. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-worth challenges. I offer a safe, judgment-free space rooted in compassion and collaboration. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based practices and trauma-informed yoga to support heal. Using a strengths-based approach, mind-body connection and trauma-informed tools, I help clients build resilience and reconnect with their inner strength. I integrate body-based presence with talk therapy to support lasting emotional and mental well-being.
