I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia working with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, grief, etc. I do take an active role in the counseling process as I work collectively with the client to navigate the presented concerns and create tangible goals to make life more manageable. I believe we develop psychological stress due to the inability to truly be who we are meant to be because we seek and desire belonging believing that we need to be who someone else wants us to be. I will provide a space free of judgement that will allow for honest and authentic self-evaluation and exploration. This process will facilitate better understanding of yourself.
