I practice from an integrative approach to help individuals with their story of healing and transformation. We often feel overpowered by the pain and suffering that life throws our way. In order to learn from it, we first need to be able to listen. I aim to create a safe space to explore painful emotions and to help you take back the reins of your life. We are all works in progress and the beautiful thing is that we are allowed to be. You will discover that you are not alone in your hardship and I will be there with you as you build a sense of empowerment. My therapeutic style one of genuine connection, acceptance, and compassion.
