Hello! My name is Ian Gough. I am a licensed therapist living in Chicago. I obtained my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. I also grew up around counselors and always felt that same calling. I tend toward an integrative approach, in which I can pull from holistic interventions as well as empirically proven techniques such as CBT and ACT. I have experience with and am totally open to clients of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.
