I specialize in couples therapy, men's issues, and depression. Couples I see struggle with conflict resolution and think about ending their relationship. Individuals I see struggle with anger, speaking up for themself, and feeling heard. Interactions are filled with hate and anger: “Why!?” “What’s wrong with you!?” and “Are you fucking serious!?” Feelings of stress, restlessness, and irritation are all too common. They're a ticking time bomb. They feel numb, shut down, and lost. They're tired of the bullshit. They want to be heard, valued, appreciated, seen, accepted, loved.
