Therefore, my goal is to blend meaningful relationships and interventions with flexibility around one’s unique life circumstances. I recognize the power and potential of therapeutic relationships such as increasing awareness, broadening perspectives and bettering self-acceptance. Therapy provides a chance for authentic expression and experience of oneself that is not always present in everyday life, which is one reason I honor working with my clients.
