Hello, I’m Dr. Ian Griffin, PhD, LCSW-R. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples through life’s challenges. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and stress related to work, identity, and major life transitions. I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and empowering clients to create meaningful, sustainable change. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, challenged when needed, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being. I’m based in Wappingers Falls, New York, and offer telehealth services.
