Hey there, I’m Ian. My approach to therapy is to help you have a better relationship with your mind. Our minds are how we experience anything and everything in our lives, and therapy can be an effective way to have a new understanding of our experiences- the good ones and the traumatic ones. By sitting together we will learn to listen to what comes up in your mind and body, and from this experience we can understand more about what makes you you. In time, therapy can offer a sense of freedom and equanimity through the process of developing a new relationship with your mind.
