Anxiety and self-doubt can quietly take over your life, especially when it comes to dating and relationships. Maybe you’re caught in your head, replaying every interaction, or feeling like you have to perform a certain version of yourself to be accepted. It’s exhausting to want connection but feel unsure how to relax into it. I work with folks navigating anxiety, panic, and relationship stress. My approach is laid-back but direct, combining ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and existential therapy to help you break out of anxious cycles, regulate emotions, and develop real confidence in how you show up, both with yourself and others.
