As a holistic therapist, I love helping individuals and couples find their deepest sense of aliveness, connection, and alignment. In my practice, I work relationally, somatically, and energetically to help people feel grounded and at home in themselves. I am loving and direct, and often work with shame, anxious and avoidant attachment, life transitions, men's work, Buddhist psychology, spiritual or expansive consciousness integration, anxiety, and depression.
