We are stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. Most of my clients come to me because the story they are living isn't meeting their needs. Together we investigate their experiences and learn to tell different, better stories. My practice is existentially and psychoanalytically informed. We talk about your real lived experiences, the symbols you're using to create your life narrative, and the emotions that come up in the therapeutic relationship to create change.
