Hi — I’m glad you found your way here. Maybe you’ve tried therapy for depression, anxiety, ADHD, or marriage struggles, but it still feels like nothing is really shifting. That can be frustrating and lonely. You’re not alone—many of my clients come to me after months or years of feeling stuck and unsure what to try next. I bring over 30 years of clinical experience to this work, with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling. My focus is on getting to the root of what’s happening—not just managing symptoms, but understanding the patterns that shape your mood, thoughts, and relationships.
