I believe we all have the capacity to heal and thrive. With evidence-based psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience and attachment theory, I help individuals understand the patterns shaping their lives and create meaningful change. I work with trauma, shame, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, depression, and relational or sexual struggles. My style is warm and gentle, but also direct, honest, and solution-focused when needed. Many of my clients are high-performing adults who appear “together” on the outside yet feel stuck or overwhelmed internally.
