I am a licensed professional counselor and have worked in the mental health field for the past 16 years. I specialize in trauma informed care and use a collaborative yet eclectic approach in order to fit the needs of each unique individual. Aside from trauma therapy to include religious trauma, I also treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and general counseling. I am certified in EMDR and hypnotherapy and use several modalities to treat clients. I offer trauma intensive packages that include intense trauma work along with individual complementary meditation/mindfulness sessions as well as retreats. Spiritually inclusive.
