As a first-generation Ukrainian immigrant who has lived across cultures, I bring deep respect for personal history, identity, and the ways family and environment shape us. My work is grounded in cultural humility and an understanding of challenges not as flaws, but as meaningful responses shaped by relational and social context. I also see the nervous system as part of this larger picture. From a Gestalt perspective, we are always moving toward health through creative adaptation. I help create enough safety for the system to settle and expand, supporting resilience, presence, and connection.
