Hi, and welcome! I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC). I have 10+ years of combined experience working with young people in school settings, and adults in private group practice. My work focuses on supporting teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, and the emotional weight of navigating identity, culture, and life transitions. I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and know they do not have to carry everything alone.
