Hello, I'm Ifeoma. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Temple University and a Master's in Social Work from Indiana University. My therapy approach is evidence-based and organic, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, with a spiritual element. I'm passionate about listening deeply to my clients and understanding their experiences. I value directness and encourage open communication, ensuring a healthy therapeutic relationship. My clients appreciate my honesty and straightforwardness. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My journey in mental health has been dedicated to teaching individuals healthy coping mechanisms, effective anxiety management strategies, and ways to process and overcome depression, as well as healing from past traumatic events.
