My goal is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can begin working toward their personal goals while learning how to effectively manage and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. I have worked in a wide variety of treatment settings and have experience treating a diverse range of clinical needs, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, substance use disorders, and disordered eating.
