Hi! I'm ilana, welcome! As an immigrant from Argentina, I bring a pretty unique multicultural perspective to my work. My former experience in performance and movement education (I'm also a Pilates instructor) informs my understanding of humanness, offering a creative and holistic lens on the therapeutic process. My clinical approach is grounded in an attachment lens and is trauma-informed. I work with individuals and couples, including those in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships
