I'm passionate about helping people navigate relational challenges-whether as individuals, couples, or families. Our relationships play a vital role in our overall well-being. Often, the struggles we face are deeply connected to how we relate to those closest to us. It’s human to long for connection, for a sense of safety and belonging in the arms of our loved ones—be it a partner, a parent, or a close friend who feels like family. Yet, these very relationships can sometimes be the source of our deepest pain. My goal is to help you make sense of that and find healing, connection, and clarity in the relationships that matter most.
