Connecting with the young adult and LGBTQIA+ population is my strength, with ease of conversation. Are you working to establish a career in the creative arts or balancing artistic passion with your day job? I have expertise working with creatives in the NYC area, combating imposter syndrome and performance anxiety, managing self-care in an ever-changing schedule, and processing day-to-day emotions so you can move between your authentic self and any character you may play. I utilize elements of performance psychology along with CBT and DBT to help you cope with these stressors and be your best self. I also have extensive experience with working with individuals who have had unique educational histories, including survivors of residential schools and the troubled teen industry as well as students who attend NYC's top public and private schools, coping with that pressure. My therapeutic style is warm and engaging, while establishing a strong relationship.
