I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and have been practicing since 2020. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical and School Counseling from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, in May 2020. I incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and goals—whether it’s where you want to be in a month, six months, or a year. We’ll then identify practical options and strategies to help you get there. After each session, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your situation and concrete actions you can take right away.
