I am so glad you are here! I have the privilege of counseling individuals through the severe complexities of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, and other stress related situations. I do not believe we were ever meant to experience the challenges of life alone. I have experienced and witnessed the freedom and healing that comes with confronting your past and present in safe spaces. If you have been experiencing difficulty managing these challenges, I want you to know that there is hope! I'd love to assist you in navigating your strengths through this season of life. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, as well as, survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I am well versed in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
