I’m a biracial, Spanglish speaking, flora and fauna-loving Midwesterner, social worker and grief worker. I’ve been involved in various forms of community-based social work since 2011. I’m a therapist but prefer to think of myself as an ESA or emotional support advocate. Humor, transparency, ​autonomy, genuine care and ​a welcoming presence are ​qualities I aim to embody and reflect in my practice.
