As an experienced therapist, it is always my intention to approach every session and every client's experiences from a compassionate and empathetic place. I believe that we are all worthy and capable of finding peace, balance, and healing and it is my passion to help people find their way. I strive to help my clients identify their strengths, values and personal goals so that we can work together to build achievable milestones in and outside of their sessions. There is no copy and paste strategy, I work collaboratively with my patients to find what they need to grow and rebuild. I have worked as a licensed therapist in Arizona since 2008. I focus my work on helping individuals and families heal trauma and find healthier connections. I have ample experience, education and training treating trauma, abuse, neglect, grief, sexual addictions, sexual abusive behaviors, anxiety, depression and can facilitate court mandated intervention.
