Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief and loss, relationship issues or do you just want to better understand yourself? I enjoy working with men, women, young adults, teens, families and couples. I also have experience in working with, families with addiction issues, health care professionals and understand the struggles of needing support to address issues that come with being in a caretaker role. I believe everyone has a unique story with unique experiences that make us who we are today. However, some of us have experiences that lead to unwanted emotions including shame, fear and low self-worth.
