Your young child may be having anger outbursts or challenges with their behavior at home. Adjusting to the post-COVID lifestyle might be causing ongoing worries and changes in mood or personality. Or your child might have experienced a major stressor like divorce, a death in the family, or even a traumatic event like a car accident or an act of violence. I provide compassionate child-centered support to young people as they navigate life’s stressors. By connecting with creativity and trust, I can guide your child to understand & express their emotions effectively. I want to take a look at life through their eyes, offer new skills & perspectives, and empower your child to face challenges & overcome obstacles.
