Telehealth is perfect for busy individuals who struggle to find the time to care for themselves. Our counselors combine cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach, and many other eclectic approaches to individual care. We do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach and strive to meet the needs of our clients and the struggles at hand. We offer telehealth services across the state of Arizona that include video sessions for individual, marriage, family & group therapy which has proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy.
