NOT accepting new clients currently. Hello! My desire is to cultivate an authentic space where clients are able to embrace their authentic selves free of judgment. Through honesty, curiosity, empathy, and non-judgment, I create a space where clients are able to honor their experiences and feel empowered to grow. I believe healing begins with the relationship to ourselves and is fostered by connections with others. I view clients as the expert in their own lives and desire to support clients reconnecting with their inner selves to reclaim agency and power in their lives. I offer individual counseling that integrates Relational Cultural Theory and Internal Family Systems Theory in my practice, as well as trauma-informed interventions to support wholistic healing. This approach allows me to help you strengthen your understanding of yourself and your emotions to explore how greater systems and experiences have impacted you.
