Life can often throw difficult adversities, and my goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where we can work through interpersonal, family, and relationship conflicts. I have a passion for working with immigration and complex trauma. I am experienced in working with teens and adults to better address depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As a first generation immigrant, I believe in highlighting client’s strengths and resilience to promote growth and foster a better understanding for who they are throughout treatment.
