I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a safe space for identity exploration, so that you can more fully embody your truth in your day-to-day life. While a sense of progress is integral to the therapeutic journey, we will create a personalized understanding of what growth looks like for you, rather than settling for more prescriptive goals. As a relational therapist, I help people foster deeper understanding and self-awareness, overcome unhelpful and defeating patterns, and build self-esteem.
