I offer integrative services that combine evidenced based techniques, psychodynamic approaches and somatic therapies. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered principals. I am passionate about building a strong foundational relationship with my clients with the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal from difficult experiences. My mission is to walk alongside my clients as they cultivate a deeper sense of self and community, process emotional experiences and expand their capacity for experiencing the world. I incorporate somatic integration, psychodynamic approaches, and trauma therapy; supporting clients to cultivate their own resilience and holistic healing.
