I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work and always tailor treatment to the individual. Everyone comes to therapy with their own story, goals, and strengths, so I take an integrative approach that blends interpersonal and psychodynamic work with practical cognitive-behavioral tools. I also pull from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to inform my practice, especially when building skills around emotional regulation, mindfulness, and coping. This combination helps us build insight while also making real, positive changes in everyday life.
