Sometimes carrying the weight of all our responsibilities can feel like drowning. If you feel as if the only thing you’re doing is treading water then I welcome you to Sea of Serenity Counseling. I am currently trained to work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in working with the LGBTQA+ population and adolescents. I welcome people of all races, ages, ethnic backgrounds, religions, genders, and sexual orientations. I believe in creating an environment that promotes empathy and authenticity. As such, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to voice your concerns. Our struggles can be anything from day-to-day stressors, maintaining a work-life balance, issues within our marriage/family, or symptoms of anxiety and depression.
