Hello! In the past decade, I have worked extensively with adults struggling with mental illnesses, substance use problems, and complex emotional challenges. My practice focuses on helping individuals, couples, families, and children from diverse cultural backgrounds strengthen personal and interpersonal relationships, navigate grief and loss, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from trauma.
