I am described as empathetic, transparent and purposeful. I meet my clients where they’re at and support them on their path to success. I have experience in working with clients that experienced trauma, Anxiety, depression and more. Together we will work together to identify your goals, understand your triggers and build effective coping mechanisms that will help you throughout your treatment process.
