It’s important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship. We will be there to listen to you, challenge you towards your stated outcomes, and support you along the way as we work together. In our years of experience in practice, we have worked with people from all walks of life & with all populations, we work with individuals, couples, & members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people from ages 18-80 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, we have also worked with the military community & people that have experienced PTSD, DV and Substance use.
