I now offer therapy to folks in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, & Delaware. I help you to capitalize on strengths and identify and move beyond unhelpful mental and behavioral patterns lurking in your blind spots. Rather than talk endlessly about your problems, we will instead use various empirically supported techniques to step back from your problems and explore new behavioral and belief options that better correspond to your key goals and values. Then you'll practice these new perspectives and strategies at home in your real life until they feel more natural. Please phone me first as I do not always have daily email access.
