I realize it takes a lot of courage to scroll the internet looking for some type of assistance with your eating, anxiety, depression, etc. There’s so much information out there and you may not even really know what you’re looking for. Perhaps I can clarify what I have to offer and you can decide whether you’d like to talk further. I’m a fully Licensed Clinical Social worker and I try to help folks feel better in their own skin. Be it anxiety, eating disorder, OCD, trauma, relationships and/or depression, suffering can be very uncomfortable and I can help you find a way out.
