I wish to support people in cultivating capacity, deepening awareness of their own innate strength and power, and processing experience so as to heal and grow in ways that inform how we choose to show up for the future. A primary focus of my work is relationship and working to identify, examine, and transform our sense of connection to self, nature, and others; drawing out thoughts or stories that aim to demean or diminish the benefits of our awareness and sensitivity and then nurture our unique skills and abilities in the realms of connection and communication.
