My focus is to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety while building confidence and emotional stability. I support clients facing trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and relationship challenges, working collaboratively to help them move beyond fear, stress, and overwhelming emotions. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
