I believe in a mantra of "Always Keep It Moving", never let anything or anyone stop you from achieving your goals/dreams. There may be some delays or setbacks and that doesn't mean you have to quit. Use those times to reorganize and restrategize. "Where there is life there is always hope." I provide counseling to individuals with various issues that include Stress, Anger, Self-Esteem, Depression, Anxiety, Life Skills, Communication, Crisis Intervention and whatever is unique for the individual. I ascribe to an approach of integrating and incorporating evidenced based theories, to help patients reach their identified goals.
