Parenthood can be a very challenging road, especially for new parents. Parenthood is a time of constant transition from conception to childbirth and beyond. Thoughts of trauma and loss can also come up during this stage of your life. It doesn’t matter how many books you’ve read, how prepared you thought you were or how excited you are/were about this new chapter in your life, it can still be difficult to manage so many emotions.
