I offer a 15 minute meet and greet to ensure we are a good fit. My approach integrates the mind, body and spirit for deep healing and reconnection to your true self. It's my greatest passion to help people get unstuck and have greater life satisfaction. My approach is psychodynamic, internal family systems (IFS), guided meditation, inner child work, CBT, Gestalt, guided imagery, Inner Bonding and the Release Technique
