Welcome! I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I see clients virtually in California and I do Walk and Talk therapy in the Foothills/Crescenta Valley area. I work with clients navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harming behaviors, school-related difficulties, family transitions, identity exploration, and relationship struggles.
