Many people I work with are navigating life transitions—career changes, relationship shifts, questions of meaning or authenticity—and want to feel more grounded and at ease. I focus on nervous system regulation and supporting a safer relationship with your body and inner experience. I provide services through Sugar Maple Counseling under supervision; insurance billing is handled through the practice.
