I am presently accepting new clients and conducting tele-health sessions. As a therapist originally from Jamaica, I specialize in working with individuals of all ages. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, dyslexia, grief, stress, anger, low self-esteem, eating disorders, blended family issues, health concerns, infidelity, trauma, and other life changes. My background gives me a unique understanding of island cultural challenges, and I also provide consultation on business plans. I believe in providing an environment that’s tailored to serving Its important to meet individuals where they are in their journey to mental health; therefore with my experiences in grief counseling, infidelity, depression, anxiety and PTSD I am able to help individuals whom are going through that state of life.
